Hired to draw CARICATURES ~ I felt excited when the Bride asked me to also sit in the back of the CEREMONY to draw the SCENE. Luckily, I still had my Colored Pencils in the car from last night's event. Here's what I came up with.
I only had 1/2 hour to do it, so it isn't as big as what I usually create for several hours of LIVE EVENT DRAWING. And I only had the smaller papers that I use for Caricatures. And and of course, the bride and groom weren't standing there the whole time and I had never yet seen the groom up close..... So I just....
went with it. Completely different approach than drawing the Caricatures. Felt great! and the guests were ooohhhhing and aaaaahhhing as they walked passed it to greet the new couple after the Ceremony. Although I do wish I had a few hours and larger paper ~ This is aces!
